01. When Should We Hire A Wedding Planner?
The sooner the better! Many couples hire a planner shortly after getting engaged so they have guidance from the very beginning. That said, we’re happy to step in at different stages depending on the service you choose.
02. What If We Already Started Planning Our Wedding?
That’s completely okay, and very common! Many couples come to us after booking a venue or securing a few vendors. We can step in, review what you’ve planned so far, and help guide the rest of the process.
06. What’s The Difference Between A Venue Coordinator and a Wedding Planner? Do We Need Both?
Venue coordinators focus on the venue itself — the space, staff, and venue logistics. A wedding planner focuses on the entire celebration, coordinating vendors, managing the timeline, and ensuring everything comes together seamlessly.
04. Do You Only Work With Certain Vendors?
Not at all. While we love recommending trusted vendors we’ve worked with before, your vendor team should reflect your style and priorities. We’re always happy to collaborate with new vendors as well.
05. How Involved Do We Need To Be In The Planning Process?
As involved as you’d like! Some couples love being hands-on, while others prefer to hand things off. Our role is to guide the process, keep everything organized, and make planning easier along the way.
03. We Don’t Live In Florida. Can We Still Work With You?
Absolutely! Many of our couples live outside of Jacksonville and are planning their wedding from afar. We regularly work with out-of-town couples and make the process easy through virtual meetings, organized planning tools, and trusted local vendor recommendations. Our goal is to keep everything moving smoothly so you can feel confident in the planning process, even from miles away.
